Shipping

We can only accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States. For each address within the United States, the following charges apply:

Standard Ground Shipping: $0 

Available on all orders under $1000. Please allow 3-5 business days to receive your items. Items ordered together may sometimes ship together.

Express Shipping with signature on delivery: $0 

Available on all orders above $1000. Please allow 1-2 business days to receive your items. Items ordered together may sometimes ship together.

Next-day delivery: $20 without a signature on delivery or with a signature on delivery

• Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST Monday through Friday will be delivered the following day. 

• Orders placed on Saturday before 10:00 AM PST will be delivered Monday. 

• Sunday and holiday delivery are not available. Next-day delivery is not offered for personalized and custom items.

Engraving Schedule 

Please allow an additional 1-2 days to deliver standard engraved items.

We can only accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States and do not ship internationally. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Gifted Jewelers does not ship orders to post office boxes. Gifted Jewelers can accept post office box addresses for your billing needs.

More Information on Complimentary Shipping: 

• Sales tax & engraving fees do not count toward the total amount. 

• Complimentary shipping is only available for orders placed on the U.S. Website for domestic delivery.
  

Shipping Notification

• A shipping notification with tracking details will be sent via email after your order has shipped. You will receive multiple email acknowledgments if your order results in more than one shipment.
  
  
• Please allow 2-3 business days for Gifted Jewelers items to be shipped. For made-to-order items, the item will ship once it's completed. Items ordered together may not always ship together.

Insurance

• Gifted Jewelers is responsible for orders until the package is delivered to the customer. If the package goes missing, Gifted Jewelers may open an investigation with the carrier to determine the responsible party. Please contact info@giftedjewelers.com if your order details indicate the package has been delivered but was not received.
  
  

Gift Message

• All giftedjewelers.com purchases arrive in a GJ Box. At the checkout process, you will have the option of writing a gift message for each item in your order which will arrive with your gift package, enclosed in an envelope.

 

 

Return & Exchange

At Gifted Jewelers, we want you to be happy with your purchase!

• Articles are accepted for credit or exchange if returned in their original saleable condition within 7 days, accompanied by a sales receipt. Some exclusions may apply. Please note that items with engraving, custom, personalized items  (including birthstones, and custom sizes) that are not bought “as-is'' may not be returned or exchanged.

• All returns and exchanges require approval. Approved exchanges are accepted for items purchased on sasamiucollection.com or in our San Diego showroom. We do not refund the cost of shipping unless we have sent an item in error.
  
  
• Store credits may be used towards purchases on sasamiucollection.com or a customized version of an item on our website. 
  
  
• We will issue you a Return Label to ensure each package is insured properly for its value. Items for exchange will be inspected before being accepted. Exchanges and credits will be processed for accepted items, excluding original and return shipping fees. Merchandise should be returned in its original condition.
  
  
• If your made-to-order item is currently in production and you have not yet received it, we will cancel the order and provide a store credit subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  
  
• Any variation in size, color, or customization not available for “as-is” purchases on our website is considered a custom order and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit.
  
  
• Gift Card purchases cannot be refunded.
  
  
• Merchandise showing signs of wear, resizing, or damage in any way will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender (at the sender's expense).

Gifted Jewelers reserves the right to refuse an exchange/repair of any purchase made that does not meet the above requirements.

This policy only applies to purchases made at giftedjewelers.com.

 

Exchange process for orders:

• Put the item for exchange with all original packaging in a shipping box along with your exchange form. 
• Attach your pre-paid label to the shipping box.
• Bring your packaged box to the shipping location provided on the label.
• For domestic exchanges, you will be charged shipping on your new order if it is under $500.
